The management services offered by Gili Properties do not incur any fixed fee. We are paid only on commission, based on the income generated by your property.
The concept of commission-based pricing guarantees a win-win partnership. The price per night that we set should neither be overestimated in order not to lose any potential client, nor be underestimated in order not to devalue your property and thus, reduce its income. We share the same interest: optimizing the rate / occupancy ratio!
Gili Properties’ commission is calculated on the basis of your income, after deduction of agent commission (OTA). The less agent commissions you pay, the higher your income, and the same goes for us. This ensures that we will always do our best to maximize bookings for your property through low commission agents or better yet, direct bookings.
